Shipping Countries

We currently ship to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time for all listed countries is:

15 to 45 calendar days from order confirmation.

Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance, high demand, or other external factors.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout. During certain promotions or when a minimum order value is reached, shipping may be offered free of charge.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (if available). Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear.

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries to Switzerland or other countries outside the EU, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Mini Ops is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipment are the responsibility of the buyer.

Loss or Damage During Transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at support@miniops.com. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and offer a replacement or refund.

Partial Shipments

In rare cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. You will not incur any additional costs as a result.
